      教育硕士人才培养是为我国基础教育教学和管理输送高层次专门人才的重要举措。近三十年来我国高校在培养教育硕士方面积累了丰富的理论和实践经验。然而,当前我国教育硕士人才培养面临着多元主体协同不足、导师团队合作机制缺失、课程设置偏离中小学需求及实践教学合作力量分散等诸多问题。借鉴共同体理论,本研究构建了涵盖治理、导学、课程和实践四个子共同体的教育硕士培养新模式。依托该模式,高校可以通过建立“跨区域—跨院系”的多元主体协同治理框架,强化基于共同道德规范与价值追求的师生互动,推动建设学术与专业融合的课程体系以及打造互惠共生的“U-S”协同育人格局等方式,全面提升教育硕士的综合素质,为培养卓越教育人才奠定坚实基础,助力基础教育教师队伍建设。
英文摘要:
      The cultivation of master students of education is an important measure for the adequate supply of high-level professional personnel for China’s basic education teaching and management. Over the past three decades, Chinese universities have accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in cultivating educational master students. However, we are currently confronting many problems in cultivating educational master students in China, such as insufficient coordination among different bodies who are cooperatively runnning the school, the lack of a cooperative mechanism for supervisors, the deviation of the curriculum design from the demands of primary and secondary schools and the scattered locations for practical teaching cooperation. Based on community theory, this study has developed a new model for the cultivation of educational master students,which includes four sub-communities of governance, guidance on leaning, curriculum, and practice. By making use of this model, universities can establish a "cross-regional and cross-departmental", multi-subject collaborative governance framework,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students based on common moral norms and value pursuits, promote the construction of a curriculum system that promotes the integration of academic research and professional studies and create a mutually beneficial "U-S" collaborative education pattern, comprehensively enhance the overall quality of educational master students, lay a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding educational personnel, and contribute to the construction of a strong teacher troop in basic education.
