聚焦中国管理实践问题的商科研究生培养模式改革是落实新发展格局下国家高层次商科人才培养战略的关键。本文以“商科研究生高质量培养”为目标,以数字技术搭建场景化课程体系为核心,以组织化科研团队为支撑,以多元化桥接平台为载体,创新性地提出“VR案例行动学习法”教学模式,通过“企业+”和“项目+”双元化场景赋能商科研究生由“科学素养”向“社会服务”转化,构建新型产学研用同频共振生态系统,逐步探索出“面向中国管理实践情境的数字场景化商科研究生培养模式”。该模式打破普通高等教育体系的相对封闭性,显著提升商科研究生培养质量,解决诸如商业实践案例“融不进”课堂,“所学”与“所需”存在差距等问题,为高等教育商科研究生培养提供了新范例。 |

The reform of business postgraduate training mode with the focus on management practice with Chinese characteristics is the key to implementing the national strategy of training high-level business talent under the new development pattern. Aiming to provide high-quality education for business postgraduates, this paper innovatively proposes a teaching mode of "VR case action learning method", with scenario-based curriculum enabled by digital technology as the core, with organized scientific research team as the support, and with diversified bridging platform as the carrier. Through the dual scenarios of "Enterprise+" and "Project+", the focus of postgraduate business education can be changed from "scientific literacy" to "social service", a new harmonious industry-university-research-application ecosystem will be created, and a digital scenario-based postgraduate business education mode for management practice situation with Chinese characteristics will be gradually developed. It is believed that this mode will break the relatively closed loop of the general higher education system, significantly improve the training quality of business postgraduates, and solve the problems such as "unable to integrate" business practice cases into the classroom, and the gap between "what is learned" and "what is needed". It is also believed that this mode can be regarded as a new paradigm for the training of business postgraduates in higher-learning institutions. |
