以人文社科博士生培养为例,探析导师指导德行示范行为对博士生创新能力的影响机制。研究发现,导师指导德行示范行为能够直接对博士生创新能力产生显著促进作用;师生交换关系的加入可以在二者间起到完全中介作用,且增强作用效果。综合考虑导师指导行为的不同维度时,受其他维度的干扰,德行示范行为无法对博士生创新能力的提升产生直接影响,此时必须通过师生交换关系的完全中介作用方可发挥其隐性育人功能。建议重视导师德行示范行为的培育工作,建立健全师德培育长效机制;强化以教书育人为首要职责的评价导向,完善导师立德树人考核办法,以提升导师指导德行示范行为水平。同时,导师要自觉提升德行示范行为水平,增强导生间"情感"联系;注重导生共同目标的建立,提升导生之间"忠诚"程度;加强科研责任意识培养,提高导生双方对科研目标达成的"贡献"自觉性,以促进师生交换关系高质量发展。 |

Taking the cultivation of doctoral students in humanities and social sciences as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing mechanism of the guidance behavior of supervisors in moral demonstration on the innovation ability of doctoral students. This study finds that the guidance behavior of supervisors in moral demonstration can obviously promote the innovation ability of doctoral students; the benefit exchange relations between teachers and students added can play a complete intermediary role between them and enhance the effect. When comprehensively considering the different dimensions of the guidance behavior of supervisors, this study finds that due to the interference of other dimensions, the behavior in moral demonstration cannot have a direct impact on the improvement of the innovation ability of doctoral students. Therefore, it is necessary that we use the complete intermediary role of the teacher-student benefit exchange relations to give full play to its implicit education function. Based on the research outcomes, this paper suggests that we pay more attention to the cultivation of the guidance behavior of supervisors in moral demonstration, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for the education-based moral cultivation of supervisors, strengthen the evaluation orientation with moral education as the primary responsibility, and improve the methods for assessing supervisors' performance in fostering virtue through education, so as to uplift the guidance behavior of supervisors in moral demonstration. At the same time, supervisors should consciously improve their moral demonstration behavior and enhance "emotional" connections with doctoral students; pay attention to the establishment of common goals to be completed by both of them and uplift the degree of "loyalty" between them. This paper also suggests that we should strengthen the consciousness cultivation on scientific research responsibility, enhance the "contribution" consciousness of both supervisors and doctoral students in achieving scientific research objectives and promote the development of high-quality benefit exchange relations between teachers and students. |
