      研究生教育是培养专业人才的"高峰"、创新创造的策源地、服务发展的新引擎。食品科学与工程学科培养的硕士研究生是食品行业的生力军,肩负着食品加工理论研究、食品加工技术研发、食品加工生产管理的重任。然而,就实际情况来看,目前食品科学与工程学科培养的研究生尚存在创新能力不足、工程实践能力缺乏、综合素质有待提升等问题,为了改变这种状况,实现培养高素质综合型专业技术人才和行业精英的教育目标,需要建立一套完善的研究生学业评价和培养过程监控体系,多元化多维度提升研究生的综合素养,落实导师立德树人根本任务,构建研究生培养创新模式。
英文摘要:
      Postgraduate education is the "peak" level of professional talent training, the source of innovation and creation, and the new engine for service sector development. Postgraduates majored in food sciences and engineering are a fresh force in food industry who shoulder the important tasks including those for food processing theory research, food processing technology development, and food process and production management. However, from practical situation we can see that there are still some problems with the postgraduates trained in this principle, such as lack of innovation ability and engineering work capability, and low comprehensive quality that needs to be improved. Therefore, for changing the situation and achieving the educational goal of cultivating high-quality, comprehensively developed professional and technical talents and industrial elites, the authors suggest that it is necessary for us to establish a set of perfect postgraduate academic evaluation and training process monitoring systems, and improve the comprehensive attainment of postgraduates in multiple dimensions. Meanwhile, we should also see to the full implementation of the fundamental task of moral education by supervisors, and develop an innovative postgraduate training mode.
