      师生发展共同体着眼于应对当前导学矛盾的现实需要,凸显团队集体作用,强调师生双主体平等地位,因而有利于构建和谐导学关系、完善研究生导师制、全面提升研究生培养质量。基于"导学关系"视角,"师生发展共同体"具有四个方面的内涵特征:统一价值观的团队理念,平等自由的沟通文化,教学相长的协作模式,互利发展的共赢结果。要使师生成为真正的发展共同体,需要建立以学术创新为基的研学引导机制、学生发展为先的立德树人机制、导学共赢为要的成果共享机制。
英文摘要:
      The concept of the teacher-student co-development community is based on the practical needs for coping with the current uneasy relations between supervisors and postgraduates in learning guidance. It highlights the collective role played by the joint team and emphasizes equal status of teachers and students. Therefore, it is conducive to the construction of harmonious relations between supervisors and postgraduates, the improvement of the postgraduate supervisor system, and the comprehensive enhancement of the training quality of postgraduates. Based on the perspective of supervisor-postgraduate relations, the connotation of the teacher-student co-development community has four meanings: the team concept of unified values, the culture of equal and free communication, the equally beneficial and cooperative mode of teaching and learning, and the win-win result from mutually improving development. In order to make teachers and students become a real co-development community, the author propose that we need to establish a research and learning guidance mechanism based on academic innovation, a moral education mechanism that prioritizes student development, and an achievement sharing mechanism based on the supervisor-postgraduate win-win relations.
