| 研究生发展是研究生群体在学术研究领域、专业研究或某类职业领域的积极变化并履行自身使命的过程。研究生发展应成为高等教育研究中一个重要领域。基于合伙伙伴关系的研究生自主发展模式符合研究生群体的身心发展特征，适应了研究生与导师群体特征的变化趋势，满足了学术研究与职业发展的客观需要。认为研究生培养单位应培育研究生自主发展意识，谋划研究生自主发展行动，推进研究生自主发展管理，搭建研究生自主发展平台，以有效增进研究生群体的健康发展，提升其治理能力与群体贡献力。 |

| The development of postgraduates is a process in which they grow and fulfill their mission as a group actively in academic research, professional research or other specific occupation fields. The development of postgraduates should become an important part of higher education research. The independent development mode of postgraduates based on partnership is in conformity with the physical and mental development characteristics of postgraduates as a group. The development has adapted to the characteristic change trend of postgraduates and their supervisors and has met the objective needs of academic research and career development. The author believe that the postgraduate education institutions should cultivate an independent development awareness of postgraduates, plan actions for their independent development, push forward the management of their independent development, and set up a platform for their independent development, so as to effectively promote the healthy development of postgraduates and enhance their governance capability and their contribution ability. |
