      以江浙沪8所高校466名研究生调查数据为依据,研究导师不当督导与研究生科研创新绩效的关系。结果表明:不当督导与研究生科研创新绩效之间存在倒U型曲线关系,即随着研究生感知到导师的不当督导程度逐渐加深时,其科研创新绩效逐渐增强,当感知到导师的不当督导上升到一定程度后,其科研创新绩效将随之逐渐下降,且这种倒U型曲线关系只有在师生关系水平较低的时候存在。从管理的角度来看,应允许导师享有低水平的不当督导空间,而对导师来说,要善于运用师生关系进行负向调节。
英文摘要:
      This paper studies the relationship between the improper supervision by postgraduate supervisors and the scientific research innovation performance by postgraduates based on the survey data of 466 postgraduates in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The results show that:there is an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between improper supervision and scientific research innovation performance, that is, the performance of scientific research innovation increases gradually when postgraduates perceive improper supervision, and the performance decreases gradually when the perceived supervisor's improper supervision rises to a certain degree. The inverted U-shape curve relationship between the improper supervision and the scientific research innovation performance exists only when the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is weak. Therefore, the author suggests, from the perspective of management, that supervisors should have a space of low-level improper supervision. For supervisors, they should negatively regulate their supervision by taking good advantage of the supervisor-postgraduate relationship.
