      数字化时代的来临对教育博士提出了更高的要求,而现阶段教育博士专业学位培养上却存在着培养目标与培养方案间的错位、信息素养与学术标准间的背离以及培养人才与实践需求间的鸿沟等问题。数字化时代教育博士,应以培养高素养专家型教育工作者、复合型职业化教育实践者、数字化岗位型教育创新者为目标,增加数字化素养的规格要求,开发数字化素养的课程模块,推广数字化应用的临床教学,组建行业复合型的导师团队,融入数字化素养的多维评价。
英文摘要:
      The advent of the digital age brings higher demand for Ed.D Education, yet unfortunately in the present cultivation there are mismatch between training objectives and training program, deviation between information literacy and academic level, and gap between cultivation objective and practical need. The author believes that in the digital age, the Ed.D students should be educated into high quality expert teachers, compound type professional education practitioners, and teaching method innovators in digitalization posts. In addition, the author proposes enlarged scale of digital literacy, course module development for digital literacy, popularization of digitalized clinical teaching, organization of compound type supervisor teams and introduction of multi-dimensional assessment integrated with digital literacy.
