| 为了有效应对来自学界内外的质疑与批评，新世纪以来美国博士生教育在稳步发展的同时，着力推动博士生教育的质量改进。总体而言，近期美国博士生教育质量改进的策略主要表现在五个方面，即加大对博士生教育的财政支持力度；重视“跨学科”在博士生教育中的作用；强调博士生教育要为博士生的职业生涯做准备；加强大学与企业、政府等多方的合作；进一步完善博士生教育的质量评估。 |

| In order to better respond to the query and criticism from both inside and outside of the academic circle, the United States steps up efforts to push forward the improvement of doctoral education quality although it has progressed steadily in this respect since the beginning of the 21st century. In general, the strategies of the doctoral education quality improvement in the United States are mainly embodied in five aspects, namely, increasing financial support from government, paying more attention to the role of "interdisciplinary" in doctoral education, emphasizing readiness for carrier in doctoral education, strengthening cooperation among universities, enterprises and government agencies, and further improving education quality assessment. |
