      我国全日制工程硕士教育自2009年扩大招收应届本科毕业生后获得了“跨越式”发展,与规模急速增长相伴生的是人们对全日制工程硕士教育质量的关注。反观全日制工程硕士教育质量及其保障的现状,质量保障体系仍处于“缺位”中。当前政府开展的“工程硕士专业学位授权点专项评估”是其对全日制工程硕士教育质量进行外部监控的信号,这为构建全日制工程硕士教育质量保障体系提供了外部驱动,鉴于此,“外发内生”将是全日制工程硕士教育质量保障体系构建的理想路径。
英文摘要:
      The full-time master of engineering education has realized leapfrog development since 2009 when it began to enlarge recruitment scale to fresh graduates. In step with the fast growth of the master degree oriented education, people become more concerned about the quality of the full-time master of engineering education. When reviewing the education quality for full-time masters of engineering and the present quality control situation, the author comes to the conclusion that the quality assurance system is still vacant. The current assessment on the degree authorization units for masters of engineering carried out by the government is a signal of external supervision on the education quality. This has provided an external drive force for the construction of an education quality assurance system for full-time masters of engineering. Therefore, the "external action inducing internal action" will be an ideal path for the construction of the quality system for full-time masters of engineering education.
