      我国专业学位研究生培养模式改革必须坚持主导性价值取向。在理念层面,要以自由平等、公正法治、民主科学、效率效益为价值取向;在目标层面,要以育人为本、全面发展、因材施教、提高质量为价值取向;在过程层面,要以职业导向、分类培养、开放协同为价值取向;在操作层面,要以统筹兼顾、循序渐进、因地制宜为价值取向。
英文摘要:
      The reform in the mode of professional graduate training in China should be oriented to the right values. On the level of concepts, the value orientation should be toward freedom, equality, justice, ruleoflaw, democracy, science, efficiency and benefits;on the level of goals, it should be toward human education, overall development, individualized training, and quality;on the process level, it should be toward occupational emphasis, customized programs, and open coordination; on the operation level, it should be toward balanced arrangements, progressive improvement, and measures suited to specific conditions.
