| 在分析、总结学位授权点自我评估主要特征及作用的基础上,结合青岛大学开展学位授权点自我评估的试点工作,探讨学位授权点自我评估工作中影响指标体系、评估方式等确定的主要因素。通过引入科研和人才评价体系中的绩点,实现了不同学位授权点之间的定量评价,提高了自我评估的可操作性。 |

| On the basis of a summary of the features and role of overall degree program self-assessment and actual self-assessment at Qingdao University, a discussion is made on the main factors that influence the index system and methods of self-assessment. A performance point system for scientific research and talent evaluation is presented to enable quantitative assessment of different degree programs and raise the operability of self-assessment. |
