| 在国家深化研究生教育改革的新形势下,传统非全日制工程硕士校企联合培养模式已不适应发展。本文在剖析非全日制工程硕士培养现状的基础上,探索校企联合培养非全日制工程硕士新模式,提出跨组织合作、分层次培育、全周期培养、个性化定制四位一体的培养方法,为新形势下校企联合培养非全日制工程硕士研究生提供借鉴。 |

| The traditional training mode for part-time master-of-engineering students with university-industry cooperation needs to adapt to education development. Based on an analysis of the present status of training, this dissertation proposes reconstituting the training mode with multi-organizational cooperation, layered cultivation, full-cycle training and customized studies to improve the training of part-time master-of-engineering students. |
