| 在当前不断深化研究生教育改革的政策背景下,地方高校可以扬生均资源与保障能力之长、避学术平台与地理方位之短,发挥自身招生规模小而生均资源值高、支持力度大且保障能力强等独特优势,从创新人才培养模式、健全导师责权机制、完善培养保障体系等三个方面着手,积极思考,不断探索研究生教育改革的有效路径;勇于实践,不断推动研究生教育的改革与发展。 关健词:地方高校;研究生教育;培养模式;权责机制;保障体系 |

| In the deepening graduate education reform, local universities may take advantage of their strengths in resources and assurances serving a relatively small student body while mitigating their weaknesses in terms of academic platforms and geographical locations. Better efforts may be made to innovate their training patterns, improve their systems of responsibilities and rights for supervisors and upgrade their assurance systems so as to make the best choices in their reform of graduate education. |
