      引入校外人员的参与,实行校企合作,将成为专业学位研究生教育一个核心要素。本研究对调研数据建立结构方程模型,发现现行的全日制专业学位研究生教育中校外人员的参与度不高,尚未成长为专业学位研究生教育的核心要素或内生变量,不能直接显著性影响培养目标达成;但发现校外人员参与度可以通过学生学习过程感知影响培养目标达成。有效的校外人员参与可以通过改善学生的学习过程的感知满意度促进培养目标的达成。
英文摘要:
      outside school personnel participation, that is cooperation between university and industry will become a core element in professional degree postgraduate education. By establishing structural equation model, this study found that outside staff participation is not high. It is not yet a intern or core element in current professional degree postgraduate education. Nor can it influence training goal significantly. But through students learning process perception, outside staff participation can influence training goal. Effective participation can improve training goal by improving students learning process satisfaction.
