      日内瓦大学是一所高度国际化的大学,其博士生培养过程管理制度坚持传承与创新相结合,以应对全球化、市场竞争与知识经济对博士学历人才的新挑战与新要求。本文以日内瓦大学博士生培养过程的组织与管理为例,集中探讨其内部质量保障体系的优质基因:国际视野、开放合作的培养方针,底部厚重、院系主导的过程管理,以期对我国的博士生教育提供有益的借鉴。
英文摘要:
      University of Geneva is a highly internationalized university. Its doctoral training process management system combines inheritance and innovation to meet new challenges and new requirements for talents with doctoral degree because of internationalization, market competition and knowledge-based economy. The thesis is a case study of the doctoral training process management system of University of Geneva, centering on its high genes of its internal quality assurance system, those are, international perspective, principal of opening up and cooperation, process management of bottom-up nature and faculty dominated, which can be used for helpful reference for doctor education for China.
