      在经济全球化和高等教育国际化的大背景下,国际化能力水平已成为衡量研究型大学研究生培养质量的重要标准之一。基于研究生国际化能力量表,对中德顶尖研究型大学研究生的国际化能力开展比较。结果显示,我国顶尖研究型大学研究生的国际化能力总体水平显著低于德国,其中在“知识与理解”和“技能/经历”2个一级指标上均显著低于德国,在“态度和价值观”上,无显著差异;同时,从二级指标来看,我国在“国际学术能力”上显著高于德国,在“世界知识”、“全球化理解”、“工具使用”、“跨文化交际”和“国际化意识”等5项指标上显著低于德国,在“国际化态度”和“价值观认同”2项指标上,无显著差异。基于这种现状,研究进一步探讨了研究生国际化能力提升策略,以此为推动研究生教育教学改革提供有益借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Under the background of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education, the level of internationalization has become one of the important criteria to measure the quality of graduate students in research universities. Based on the International capacity gauge of graduate students, this study compares the internationalization ability of graduate students from the top research universities in China and Germany. The results showed that the internationalization ability of students which are from the top research university in China is generally lower than that of Germany, which the knowledge and understanding and skills or experience are significantly lower than that in Germany, and attitudes and values haven’t significant difference. At the same time, from the first level index, China"s international academic ability is significantly higher than Germany, the world knowledge, global understanding, tool-using, cross-cultural communication and international awareness are significantly lower than Germany, and the international attitude and values are no significant difference between China and Germany. Based on this situation, the study further explores the strategies of improving the internationalization ability of graduate students, so as to provide a useful reference for the reform of postgraduate education.
