基于某“985工程”高校“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目”留学回国人员的总结材料,分析了联合培养博士研究生的留学收益及影响因素。研究发现,通过参与课程学习、合作研究和学术交往等学术活动,联合培养博士生在学习国外先进知识、提高思辨能力、增强学术规范意识、开阔学术视野和发表学术论文等方面都获得了一定的收益。影响联合培养博士生留学收益大小的因素包括国外课程设置情况、国外导师的指导力度、合作交流机会的多少和留学时长等。 |

Based on the summary materials of a “985” university’s doctoral students who participated in the Overseas Joint Ph.D. Program sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, this paper analyzes the doctoral students’ benefit and its influencing factor. The conclusions are as follows: the doctoral students can learn frontiers of their fields, improve the ability of critical thinking, enhance the awareness of academic norms, broaden the academic vision and publish papers by participating in the curriculum learning, cooperative research and academic exchanges and other academic activities; the factors that affect the doctoral students’ benefit from participating this program include the setting up of the foreign curriculum, the guidance of foreign instructors, the number of opportunities for cooperative research and academic exchange, and the duration of this program. |
