      数字化时代的来临对教育博士提出了更高的要求,而现阶段教育博士专业学位培养上却存在着培养目标与培养方案间的错位、信息素养与学术标准间的背离、以及培养人才与实践需求间的鸿沟等问题。数字化时代教育博士,应以培养高素养专家型教育工作者、复合型职业化教育实践者、数字化岗位型教育创新者为目标,增加数字化素养的规格要求,开发数字化素养的课程模块,推广数字化应用的临床教学,组建行业复合型的导师团队,融入数字化素养的多维评价。
英文摘要:
      The advent of the digital age to Dr Education put forward higher request, whereas education PhD degree at present stage culture there is a mismatch between the training objectives and training plan, information literacy and academic standard deviation, and fosters the talent and the gap between the practice requirements. Dr Digital education, should be in developing high quality expert education workers, professional education practitioners, digital post education innovators as the goal, increasing the specifications of digital literacy, developing the digital literacy course module, promoting the application of digital clinical teaching, assembling the team of the teachers of the industry and integrating the digital quality.
