| 通过分析高校研究生资助制度与培养质量的相关性,探索不同的资助制度对研究生行为模式的改变程度,系统研究哪些行为模式的改变有利于提高学习、科研成效,通过反向逆推导的过程,精准定位促进培养质量提升的资助制度,分析资助体系中哪些制度的设计对提升培养质量有影响,持续改进优化资助制度,发挥这部分资源最大的效益。 |

| Through analyzing the correlation between the funding system and training quality of graduate student in colleges and universities, the impact degree of the funding system on the behavior of graduate student was explored. And what kinds of behavior pattern change help to improve the learning and scientific research outputs were systematically studied. Through a reverse derivation, the funding system with training quality improvement was accurately positioned. What kind of design in the funding system improves the training quality was analyzed. With continuous improvement and optimization of the funding system, the benefit of the funding resources could be maximized. |
