| Deepening the reform of graduate education is an irreplaceable responsibility of professional societies. This paper describes the purpose, positioning and special advantages of the Personnel Selection and Evaluation Committee(PSEC) of the Chinese Society of Academic Degrees and Graduate Education, including its practice in facilitating the reform and development of graduate enrollment. It also discusses how a professional society should adapt to the situation of reform, strengthen its own capacity building and raise the level of research and service. |
