博士生导师跨学科、跨院校、跨地域流动日益增加,深刻影响着博士生培养的连续性和稳定性。当前我国博士生导师更换机制尚不完善。本文通过对比英国、美国、澳大利亚、日本高校的制度文本与典型案例,分析其主流策略、实施流程和借鉴优势,提出学生“更换导师”(另谋出路)与“跟随导师转学”(杖履相从)相结合的路径选择。通过有序推进多导师团队分层指导制度建设,优化校际联合,实现统一化与特色化导师更换机制;并从自主选择、学科适应和社会网络构建方面强化博士生应变能力,为我国进一步应对高校教师规模性流动、完善博士生人才培养体系建设提供策略依据。 |

The increasing cross-disciplinary, cross-institutional and cross-regional mobility of doctoral supervisors has profoundly affected the continuity and stability of the quality of doctoral student training.At present, the mechanism for changing doctoral supervisors in our country is still imperfect. By comparing the institutional texts and typical cases of universities in the UK,the US,Australia and Japan and analysing their mainstream strategies,implementation processes and advantages,this paper comes up with scenarios combining students’ "changing tutors" (finding another way out) and "transferring to another tutor" (following the tutor’s footsteps). In addition,to achieve a unified and specialised tutorial transfer mechanism,this paper promoting orderly in the construction of the guidance system with multi-mentor teams and optimising the transformation of the inter-school association. Also,this article strengthening the value capacity of doctoral students from personal options,discipline adaptive and society’s internet construction,in order to provide a strategic basis for China to further cope with the scale mobility of teachers in higher education and complete the doctoral training system.By comparing the institutional texts and typical cases of universities in the UK, the US, Australia and Japan and after analysing their mainstream strategies, implementation processes and advantages we can learn from,this paper proposes a path choice that combines "changing supervisors" (seeking another way out) and "following supervisors" (transferring schools in following the mobility of their supervisors). This paper also suggests optimizing inter-school collaboration, promoting orderly the construction of asupervisor-team hierarchical guidance system and a characteristic mechanism, with which supervisor replacement can be achieved in a unified manner,and strengthen the adaptability of doctoral students in terms of independent choice, discipline adaptation and social network construction,so as to provide a strategic basis for China to further cope with the scale mobility of teachers in higher learning institutions and complete the doctoral training system. |
