      建设教育强国是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导。加强以教育博士为引领的教师队伍建设,为破解教育事业改革发展瓶颈提供能动性力量,是教育强国建设的基础性任务。教育博士的培养方位在教育强国战略的要求下,具有丰富的时代内涵。当前我国教育博士的培养价值存在理想与现实的追求偏差,培养路径需要加强理论与实践融合的中国模式探索,培养环境需提升开放性与融合度的国际化水平。为此,亟须通过弘扬教育家精神、构建自主知识体系、深化开放互鉴等策略,直面教育博士培养的现实挑战,加快造就支撑教育强国的新时代高水平教师队伍,为教育强国建设提供有力支撑。
英文摘要:
      Making China strong in education is the first step of the strategy to fully build China into a modern socialist power.Strengthening the construction of teaching teams with doctors of education as the leading force and providing dynamic forces to break through the bottlenecks in the reform and development of the education cause is a fundamental task in making China powerful in education.To meet the requirements of the strategy to make China powerful in education, the training orientation for education doctoral students has rich connotations of the comtemporary time. At present, there is a deviation between the ideal pursuit and reality in the training value of education doctoral students in China.In terms of the training path, we need to highlight the Chinese characteristics in the development of theory and practice, and in terms of the training environment, we need to improve the internationalization featuring openness and integrated development. Therefore, this paper suggests that we should promote the spirit of prestigeous educators, establish an independent knowledge system, deepen opening up and learning from each other, and directly face the practical challenges and adress problems in the training of education doctoral students. This paper also suggest that we should cultivate a high-level teaching team so that we could contribute more to the making China a strong country in education.
