交叉学科研究生培养是造就拔尖创新人才、推动原始创新的重要路径。以42所“双一流”高校112个交叉学科研究生培养案例为分析对象,基于知识、制度、组织三个维度,构建“三维度、六要素”理论框架,运用定性比较分析(QCA)方法研究发现:交叉性科研领域和跨学科师资配置是交叉学科研究生培养的必要条件,并探索性地归纳出“双一流”高校交叉学科研究生培养的组织支持模式、平台保障模式和评价引导模式。最后提出在我国高校交叉学科研究生培养中,要建设交叉课程,强化系统学习;加强组织支持,优化培养环境;用好学术平台,助力沟通合作;完善评价制度,引导质量提升。 |

Interdisciplinary postgraduate training is an important way to cultivate top-notch innovative personnel and promote original innovation. The research takes 112 interdisciplinary postgraduate training cases from 42 "double first-class" universities as the analysis objects, and develops a "three-dimension and six-element" theoretical framework based on three key aspects of knowledge, system and organization by the application of the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) method. The research finds that the arrangement of teachers from interdisciplinary scientific research fields and different disciplines is the prerequisite for interdisciplinary postgraduate training. In addtion, the authors has exploratorily identified the organizational support mode, platform guarantee mode and evaluation guidance mode of the interdisciplinary postgraduate training in "double first-class" universities. In conclusion, this paper proposes that in the interdisciplinary postgraduate training in Chinese universities, we should develop interdisciplinary curricula and strengthen systematic studies, enhance organizational support and optimize training environment,make good use of the academic platforms and facilitate communication and collaboration,and improve the evaluation system and guide quality upgrading. |
