      为了应对研究生导师指导投入下降等挑战,高校科研团队中已大量采用级联指导模式,但现有研究对研究生级联指导的效果还存在分歧。基于大样本的工科硕士生培养调查数据,检验了不同实际指导者对工科硕士生指导效果的差异及影响因素。研究发现:虽然青年教师指导的工科硕士生在科研技能培养上有一定优势,但导师指导对工科硕士生的能力增值具有不可替代性,仍应是研究生培养的第一责任人。要充分开发团队内部青年教师和博士后的育人功能,探索实行“双导师”责任制。应建设高水平的校外导师库,强化校外导师的管理与评聘,提高指导质量和培养贡献。要关注工程能力培养的群体差异,考虑面向女性、专业学位、延期毕业研究生提供针对性指导与帮助。鼓励工科研究生适度加强科研学习投入,加强课程改革以提升课程学习的边际收益。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the challenges of the decline in the guidance input of postgraduate supervisors, more university research teams have adopted the cascading guidance mode. However, there are still different opinions about the effect of this guidance mode in present studies.Based on the survey data of large samples of engineering postgraduates, this paper examines the differences and influencing factors of different practical instructors on the effect of supervising engineering postgraduates. This study finds that although young teachers have certain advantages in cultivating the research ability of postgraduates, supervisors are irreplaceable in improving the ability of postgraduates and should still be the first responsible for postgraduate education.Therefore, this paper suggests that we should fully develop the training functions of junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows within the team, and explore the implementation of the "dual-supervisor" responsibility system; we should also build a talent pool of high-quality off-campus supervisors, strengthen the work related to the management, evaluation, and engagement of them, improve the quality of their guidance, and inspire them to contribute more to postgraduate training; We should pay attention to the group differences in the cultivation of engineering ability, and consider providing targeted guidance and support for female, professional, and deferred postgraduates; and we should encourage engineering postgraduates to appropriately increase their input in scientific research and learning, and strengthen curriculum reform to enhance the marginal benefits of course learning.
