产学共生发展影响因素及作用路径——基于集成电路与人工智能领域研究生调查的实证研究 |

基于共生理论与相关文献,提炼出共生单元选择、共生模式构建、共生环境支撑3个驱动维度及涵盖的8个产学共生发展驱动因素,构建产学共生发展动力模型。基于11所“双一流”建设高校集成电路与人工智能领域在读工科研究生的487份有效问卷,构建结构方程模型进行分析。研究发现,3个驱动维度对产学共生发展均存在显著正向影响。共生单元选择中“志同道合”是产学共生发展的基础,基于资源互补与需求匹配的“望衡对宇”是产学共生发展的关键;共生模式构建中稳定的结构联结是产学共生发展的基础,有效的资源融合与均衡的利益分配对共生发展的正向影响更强。综合来看,共生模式构建是推动产学共生发展的最大动力且在共生单元选择、共生环境支撑对共生发展的影响中发挥显著中介作用;知识披露策略在共生模式构建对产学共生发展的影响中发挥显著正向调节作用,当校企选择趋于开放的知识披露策略时,产学共生发展更为显著。 |

Based on the theory of symbiosis and relevant literature, this paper extracts three driving dimensions:symbiotic unitsfor selection, symbiotic mode construction and symbiotic environment support, as well as driving factors covering eight aspects of industry-academia symbiotic development, with which it constructs a dynamic model of industry-academia symbiotic development. Based on 487 valid questionnaires from engineering postgraduates majoring in IC and AI at 11 double first-class universities, this paper also develops a structural equation model to further analyze the three driving dimensions. The research shows that each of them has a significant positive impact on the development of industry-academia symbiosis.In the symbiotic units for options, "like-minded" is the foundation of industry-academia symbiotic development, and "neighborhood" based on resource complement and demand matching is the key to industry-academia symbiotic development, the stable structural connection in the construction of a symbiotic mode is the foundation of industry-academia symbiotic development, and the effective integration of resources and balanced distribution of benefits have a stronger positive impact on symbiotic development. In summary, the symbiotic mode construction in the symbiotic units for selection is the biggest driving force for promoting industry-academia symbiotic development, and the symbiotic environment support plays an important mediating role in supporting symbiotic development. The knowledge disclosure strategy in the symbiotic mode construction plays an obvious positive regulating role in influencing the development of industry-academia symbiosis-when schools and enterprises adopt more open knowledge disclosure strategies, the development of industry-academia symbiosis is more noticeable. |
