      学科跨界交叉融合是原始创新之源,促进学科交叉融合创新需要一种新的组织架构来保障。香港科技大学(广州)以重大科技与社会问题为指向,实施跨越传统学科边界的研究与教育,在学术组织上首设"学域—枢纽",打破了大学传统"学系—学院"组织架构带来的学科割据,重塑了未来大学学术组织架构的新范式。这将成为推动学科间大跨度交叉综合创新的有效载体以及实现关键领域重大原始创新、破解"卡脖子"问题和培养拔尖创新人才的新方略。该校对全球研究型大学学术组织范式改革的新探索,也为我国研究型大学的学术组织变革提供了有益参考。
英文摘要:
      The fusion of multiple disciplines is the source of original innovations. A new organizational structure is needed to promote the fusion of multiple disciplines. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) aims at major scientific and social issues, implements research and education across traditional disciplinary boundaries, pioneers to set up "Thrust-Hub" in academic organization, breaks the disciplinary separation caused by the traditional "department-school" organizational structure, and reshapes the future university education model, which is hoped to become an effective carrier to promote large-span interdisciplinary comprehensive innovation and a new strategy to achieve major original innovation, solve "bottleneck" problems, and cultivate innovative talents. This exploration of the organizational framework reform research universities provides a useful reference for the academic organization reform in research universities in China.
