硕士生推优免试模式是选育拔尖创新人才的重要方式之一,但在实践中存在以优先追求推免胜出为目的的群体竞胜行为。基于14位学生的访谈资料,运用三级编码构建学生竞胜行为的发生机制,数据显示:推免制度面临资格标准准确性和程序公平性的双重挑战,形成竞胜行为的外部推力;学生权衡时间与精力沉没成本,分析推免失利风险,促成实施竞胜行为的内部选择;师生及生生在二元博弈中重新分配推免资源,推动竞胜行为迅速蔓延。竞胜行为在一定程度上有助于部分学生的能力提升和情感优化,但失度竞胜可能导致能力发展受损与情感体验恶化。建议完善推免制度资格标准与程序,引导学生自我超越的个性化发展,营造教师、朋辈等多主体合作育人的良好氛围。 |

Recommendation without examination is considered one of the important ways to select and cultivate first-class innovators. In practice, there is a group competition behavior that aims to pursue the victory in this system as a priority. Based on the interview data of 14 students, the occurrence mechanism of student competitive behavior is constructed using three-level coding. The data show that this system faces the dual challenges of accuracy in qualification standards and fairness in procedures, becoming an external driving force for "competing for victory" behavior. Students weigh the sunk costs of time and effort, analyze the risks of failure in recommendation with exam-exemption, and choose to implement "competing for victory" behavior. Teachers and students as well as students reallocate resources in a binary game, promoting the rapid spread of "competing for victory" behavior. This behavior can help some students improve their abilities and emotional optimization to a certain extent, but excessive competition may lead to impaired ability development and deteriorated emotional experience. It is recommended to improve the qualification standards and procedures of the recommendation with exam-exemption system, guide students to develop their individuality through self-transcendence, and create a good atmosphere for teachers, peers, and other subjects to cooperate in educating students. |
