第三方组织介入专业学位研究生校外实践导师协同治理是推进产教协同育人、提升专业学位研究生培养质量的有益探索。当前的实践导师协同治理存在着形式化、短期化、低效化、偏离化的现实困境,而第三方组织的介入可以促使当前的封闭秩序向契约秩序转化,并实现权力冲突的调和、交易活性的激发与企业参与意愿的增强。在可行性上,第三方组织受职能责任的驱动介入,而这种介入行为的合法性来自其社会权力,校企双方出于价值共创愿意与其黏合成协同治理共同体,数智技术强化了介入的可操作性。在实践进路上,第三方组织可以在实践导师协同治理"选用育评"各环节发挥功用,通过标准化选拔、定制化提升、契约化行动、系统化考核,实现实践导师协同治理的共生、共创、共享。 |

The involvement of third-party organizations in the collaborative governance of off-campus practice advisors for professional degree graduate students is a beneficial exploration to promote industry-education collaboration in talent cultivation and enhance the quality of training for professional degree graduate students. The current collaborative governance of practice advisors faces practical dilemmas such as formalization, short-termism, inefficiency, and deviation. The intervention of third-party organizations can facilitate the transformation of the current closed order to a contractual order, and achieve the reconciliation of power conflicts, the stimulation of transactional activity, and the enhancement of corporate participation willingness. In terms of feasibility, third-party organizations are driven by their functional responsibilities to intervene, and the legitimacy of this intervention comes from their social power. Both schools and enterprises are willing to cohere with them into a collaborative governance community for value co-creation, and digital technology has strengthened the operability of the intervention. In terms of practical approach, third-party organizations can play a role in each link of "selection, training, and evaluation" of practice advisors’ collaborative governance. Through standardized selection, customized improvement, contractual action, and systematic assessment, they can achieve symbiosis, co-creation, and sharing in the collaborative governance of practice advisors. |
