在建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的现实背景和战略要求下,研究生师生共创成为培养创新人才、提升科研质量、赋能区域高质量发展的重要抓手。在针对北京地区高校研究生开展问卷调查和半结构化访谈基础上,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究研究生师生共创的关键影响因素和条件组态路径,刻画其内在逻辑和作用机理。研究发现,研究生师生共创的组态路径可归纳为聚力育人托举型、资源共融驱动型、多元协同推进型三种类型。据此,围绕高校有组织科研与高质量人才培养、科研资源整合与人才综合培育、协同调适内部机制与外部环境、高校师生硬科技创新与区域创新等四个方面提出相关对策及建议。 |

In the context of China’s strategic initiatives to strengthen education, science and technology, and talent development, collaborative innovation between supervisors and postgraduates of supervisor and postgraduate has become an important measure for cultivating innovative talents, improving the quality of scientific research, and empowering regional high-quality development. Based on the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews of graduate students in universities in Beijing, the paper explores the key influencing factors and conditional configuration paths of collaborative innovation of supervisor and postgraduate, and describes its internal logic and mechanism of action by the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). It is found that the configuration path of collaborative innovation of supervisor and postgraduate can be summarized into three types, that is, the type of empowering education lifting, education empowerment-oriented type, resource integration-driven type, and multiple synergy-promotion type. Therefore, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward focusing on organized scientific research and high-quality talent training in universities, integration of scientific research resources and comprehensive cultivation of talents, coordinated adjustment of internal mechanism and external environment, hard science and technology innovation in universities and regional innovation. |
