      明晰硕士专业学位研究生教育的现状特点与发展导向,是专业学位研究生教育高质量发展的关键。法国专业学位研究生教育在中央集权制传统沿袭与教育制度的改革中,逐步呈现出高层次专业人才教育的高质量和职业化特点。通过对专业培养目标的精准定位,自由灵活的人才选拔方式,多元丰富的师资构成,以及课程设置的多样化等五个方面的分析可以看出,法国专业学位研究生教育具备培养机构专业度高、培养形式灵活度强、师资配置丰富度高等特征。因此建议从三个层面,即以实践特征为起点,推进改革模式;以教学实践为抓手,丰富实践路径;以社会需求为导向,深化产教融合,调整优化我国专业学位研究生教育发展思路。
英文摘要:
      To clarify the current characteristics and development orientation of professional master’s degree postgraduate education is the key to the high-quality development of professional degree postgraduate education. In the tradition of centralism and the reform of education system, the professional degree postgraduate education in France has gradually shown high-quality and professionalism characteristics of its advanced professional education. Through the analysis of five aspects, including the precise positioning of professional training objectives, flexible talent selection methods, diverse and rich faculty composition, and the diversified curriculum settings, it can be seen that French professional postgraduate education possesses such features as high institutional professionalism, strong flexibility in training methods, and abundant faculty resources. Therefore, this paper proposes that we should adjust and optimize the thinking of developing professional degree postgraduate education in China at three levels, i.e. initiate mode reform based on practical characteristics, which can be regarded as the start point; enrich practical pathways through practical teaching, which is the priority; and deepen the production-education integration to meet social need, which should be followed as the guiding principle.
