      近年来,美国结构性种族主义泛滥以及新冠肺炎疫情等因素加剧了部分研究生心理压力,为此,美国研究生院理事会(CGS)和杰德基金会(JED)联合启动、CGS主导开展了一项名为"研究生心理健康与幸福感"的最佳实践项目,以探索能够有效指导其未来研究和行动的证据基础。该项目在大量调查与咨询的基础上提出了两项行动呼吁,形成了面向研究生院院长的承诺声明和面向研究生教育共同体的具体建议。美国诸多高校响应此呼吁制定了具有校本特色的实践行动策略,其主要经验是:倡议研究生院联合行动,提供可持续性循证支持;强化系统服务制度供给,整合校园内各部门资源;构建跨学科指导关系网,修订研究生课程类项目;重视研究生主体性作用,鼓励相关群体共同参与。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the rampancy of structural racism and the outbreak of COVID-19 in America have exacerbated the psychological stress of some postgraduates. Therefore, jointly initiated by the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS) and the Jed Foundation (JED), CGS carried out a Best Practices project named "Graduate Student Mental Health and Well-being" to explore evidence base that can effectively improve the future research and action of students. Based on extensive surveys and enquiries, the project organizer put forward two calls for action, and developed a commitment statement for deans of postgraduate schools and some specific suggestions for postgraduate education communities. Many American universities responded positively and formulated practical action plans with the characteristics of their own schools. The major experience we learned from the project can be summarized as the joint action of postgraduate schools, the provision of sustainable evidence-based support, the strengthened institutional supply of systematic service and the integration of sources from defferent departments of the university, as well as the building of an interdisciplinary guidance network, the revision of postgraduate programs, the importance attached to the independent role of postgraduates and the encouraged participation of various related groups.
