| 我国学位授予质量管理保障体系伴随着我国学位制度发展起来。40多年来,它遵循科学性、规范性等原则,呈现出具有中国特色的发展特点:主要主体,由政府趋向学术人员;主要客体,由外适质量趋向内适质量;主要价值,由社会价值趋向学术价值;主要模式,由认证性质量保障模式趋向发展性质量保障模式。 |

| The quality management guarantee system for academic degree awarding has developed in step with the development of the academic degree system in China.For more than 40 years,it has followed scientific and standardization principles,showing the development features with Chinese characteristics.The development tendencies of the system described by the author are as follows:the main subject changes from government agencies to academic staff;the main object,from external quality to internal quality;the main value,from social value to academic value;and the main model,from a certified quality assurance model to a developing quality assurance model. |
