      探索构建本硕贯通的培养模式是新时期高校提升本科生和研究生教育教学质量,推进人才培养模式创新面对的新问题和新挑战。社会科学领域本研贯通人才培养模式创新的关键是要在分阶段培养的基础上实现理论贯通、经验贯通和表达贯通。"三个贯通"的人才培养模式,既以学术创新型拔尖人才的培养为目标,又能满足不同培养阶段有着不同职业发展规划的学生的多元发展诉求。同时,"三个贯通"有助于高校真正走出以教师为主体的认识误区、以专业为中心的知识传授误区、理论和实践相割裂的人才培养误区。
英文摘要:
      Exploring and constructing the run-through cultivation mode for undergraduates and postgraduates is a new challenge for universities to improve education and teaching quality for students in the new era. The author believes that the key to the innovation of the cultivation mode for undergraduates and postgraduate majoring in social sciences is to realize the theoretical run-through, experience run-through and expression run-through education on the basis of phased cultivation, and that the talent training mode of "run-through education in three aspects" not only aims to cultivate academically innovative and outstanding talent, but also meets the diversified development demands for students with different career development plans at different stages of education. The author also believes that at the same time, the "run-through" education can help universities get out of the cognitive misunderstanding that teachers are the main body of education, the knowledge-imparting misunderstanding that focuses on professional knowledge and the talent-cultivation misunderstanding in which theory and practice are separated.
