      高校研究生导学关系是培育科研精神、传承学术文化的基础,也是影响研究生培养质量的重要因素,高校研究生导学关系的构建离不开导学双方的行为互动。以互动仪式链理论的情境、情感和符号三个维度来审视高校研究生导学关系,网络社交虚拟化导致导学的真实交往情境被模糊、组会焦点缺失导致导生的情感能量无法聚集、合作观念错位导致导学的群体符号无法生成是当前面临的主要困境。对此,在破解对策方面,应尝试从明晰交往理念、丰富导学情境活动,重聚组会焦点、发挥导学情感合力,强化权责意识、构建导学合作机制等几个方面着手,以期构建更加融洽、和谐、健康的导学关系,进一步提升研究生的培养质量。
英文摘要:
      The supervisor-postgraduate relationship in higher-learning institutions is not only the basis for cultivating the spirit of scientific research and inheriting academic culture, but also an important factor influencing the education quality of postgraduates, and moreover, the construction of this kind of relationship is inseparable from the interaction between the two sides. This paper examines the relationship from the three dimensions of situation, emotion and symbol of the interaction ritual chain theory, and finds:the virtualized social contact online leads to the blurring of the real situation of the communication between supervisors and postgraduates; the lack of focus of group meetings leads to the inability to gather emotional energy from supervisors and postgraduates; and the malposition of cooperation concept leads to infertility of symbols of different groups between supervisors and postgraduates. These are the main factors of the dilemma the relationship faces at present. In this regard, the authors suggest we should try to clarify the concept of communication, enrich theme-building activities between supervisors and postgraduates, highlight the focus of meetings, give full play to the resultant emotional force, strengthen the sense of power and responsibility, and improve the mechanism of cooperation between supervisors and postgraduates. Such countermeasures the authors propose are for the construction of a more harmonious and healthier relationship between supervisors and postgraduates, and for further improvement of the postgraduate education quality.
