      从现实历史反思的角度看,高等教育资源投入发生波动能够极大地加速大学学科调整进程;从高校权力运行旨归的角度看,学科调整是影响大学生存和未来发展的重大决策。虽然在个性化和非理性因素的影响下,学科调整的决策过程对外并不透明,但仍要遵循以下主要驱动逻辑:在知识生产价值链中能否获得足够的外部需求;在教育评价定位下的学术地位是否与学校愿景相匹配;学科知识所处的生命周期阶段是否具备未来发展预期。当学科受到"外部需求—学术地位—发展预期"三重驱动逻辑的共同作用时,将不可避免地会遭遇学科调整。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of realistic historical reflection, the fluctuation of resource input in higher education can greatly accelerate the process of academic discipline adjustment of the universities; and from the perspective of the purpose of power operation at higher-learning institutions, discipline adjustment is a major decision influencing the survival and future development of a university. Although the decision-making process of academic discipline adjustment is not transparent due to the influence of personalized and irrational factors, it still follows the main driving logic in the following aspects:whether enough external demand can be obtained in the knowledge production value chain; whether the academic status under the orientation of education evaluation matches the university's vision; and whether the discipline knowledge at present life cycle stage has the expectation of future development. When a university is under the joint influence of triple-layered driving logic of external demand, academic status and development expectation, it will inevitably encounter an academic discipline adjustment.
