      高水平综合性大学培养教育硕士是吸引优秀人才从教、提高教师培养质量的有效之举。然而受价值理念、人才培养、专业惯力等影响,高水平综合性大学在教育硕士培养中还存在积极性不高、招生规模偏小、学科结构偏差等问题。为深入推进部分高水平综合性大学深度参与教育硕士培养、构建高质量的教师培养生态,需要从完善教师培养的体制机制、探索研究生层次教师培养模式、共建教师培养共同体、促进教师培养从技术理性向反思性实践转型等方面进行系统设计。
英文摘要:
      To cultivate masters of education at high-level comprehensive universities is an effective way to attract excellent talents to be engaged in teaching and improve the quality of teacher training. However, due to the influence of the value concept, talent cultivation and professional inertia, there are still some problems in the training of masters of education at high-level comprehensive universities, such as weak enthusiasm, small enrollment scale and low level of discipline structure. The authors believe that in order to promote deep participation of high-level comprehensive universities in cultivating masters of education and construct high-quality teacher training ecology, it is necessary to work out a systematic design so as to improve the teacher training system and mechanism, explore new modes for training master-degree teachers, build a shared teacher training community and facilitate the transformation from technical rationality to reflective practice in teacher training.
