| 立足中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局的新时代，结合"两个一百年"奋斗目标的任务要求，深刻认识研究生教育战略转型的重要性、必要性和紧迫性，对谋划和引领我国研究生教育创新发展具有重大现实意义。要认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，科学把握研究生教育战略转型的内涵、特征，坚持正确的研究生教育发展理念，明确研究生教育改革发展方向，加快研究生教育强国建设，为中华民族伟大复兴提供强有力的智力支撑。 |

| To fully understand the importance, necessity and urgency of the strategic transformation of postgraduate education under the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and in accordance with the mission requirements of the two centenary goals in the new era of great changes unseen in the world in a century is of great and practical significance for us to plan and guide the development and innovation of postgraduate education in China. The authors of this paper put forward that we should earnestly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, scientifically comprehend the connotation and characteristics of the strategic transformation of postgraduate education, firmly adhere to the correct concept of postgraduate education development, and make clear the direction of postgraduate education reform and development, so as to accelerate the construction of postgraduate education for making China strong, and provide robust intellectual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
