      在简要比较国内外研究生联合培养方式基础上,指出研究生中外联合培养存在的问题。以湖南大学电气信息类专业研究生中外联合培养为例,从校企融合育人、中外联合指导、教学方式改革、综合能力培养等方面着手,探究并形成了遵循联合培养规律全面育人、中外导师合作指导科学育人、理论实践紧密结合强化育人、突破时空柔性管理全程育人的研究生中外联合人才培养模式,实践成效显著,可为兄弟院校工科研究生中外联合培养提供借鉴。

      This paper unveils the problems existing in the Sino-foreign joint postgraduate training based on a simple comparison between the joint training methods at home and abroad. Taking the Sino-foreign joint training on the postgraduates in electrical information at Hunan University as an example, and from the aspects of school-enterprise joint education, Sino-foreign joint guidance, teaching method reform, and comprehensive ability cultivation, this paper explores the joint education modes and formulates a Sino-foreign joint education mode featuring overall cultivation abiding by the rules of joint education, scientific cultivation under the joint guidance of Chinese and foreign supervisors, strengthened cultivation with closely integrated theory and practice, and the whole-process cultivation under flexible management without much time and space restriction. The mode in practice achieves remarkable results and is recommendable to Sino-foreign joint training programs for postgraduates in engineering at universities of China.
