      指导关系对博士生的专业学习和成长具有重要影响。本文通过对244名在校博士生进行问卷调查,考察了导师指导功能的影响因素和结果。调查数据表明,博士生的个人特征依恋类型和博士生所感知的与导师的深层相似性与博士生报告的导师指导功能显著正相关,而且博士生报告的导师指导功能与博士生的专业承诺水平和对指导关系的满意度显著正相关。文末对研究结果进行了讨论并给出了研究的启示和建议。
英文摘要:
      Mentoring relationship exerts important influence on the professional study and personal development of doctoral students. Through a questionnaire on 244 doctoral students at universities, this paper examines the influence factors and the consequences of the mentoring function of supervisors. The data obtained show that the correlation between the personal characteristics attachment style of the doctoral students as well as the deep similarity with their supervisors perceived by the doctoral students and supervisors' mentoring function reported by the doctoral students is significantly positive. Moreover, the correlation between the mentoring function of the supervisors reported by doctoral students, the professional commitment level of the doctoral students and their satisfaction with the mentoring relationship is also significantly positive. At the end of the paper, the outcomes of the study are discussed, and the implications of the study and suggestions for further study are proposed.
