      当前我国硕士研究生教育中导生关系存在着心理关系紧张化、教育关系单向化、工作关系利益化等问题,而且随着硕士研究生招生规模的扩张和"互联网+"技术对研究生教育领域产生的冲击,这些问题更加凸显,传统单一的指导模式很难适应新时代的需要。而硕士研究生教育导生学习共同体有助于形成导生科研合力、为学术进步提供新引擎、为科研发展提供新动力,其特征是去中心化、互学共生和情感交互,可通过实施导生主体化回归、谋划共同的科研愿景、营造共同体互动环境、搭建导生互动多种平台等策略来构建。
英文摘要:
      At present, some problems exist in the postgraduate education in China, such as psychological tension between supervisors and postgraduates, one-way relationship in education, and benefit-oriented working relations. With the scale expansion of the postgraduate enrollment and the impact of "Internet Plus" technology on the postgraduate education, the problems become more noticeable, and the traditional mode guiding postgraduates in the "one-way" manner in education can hardly adapt to the needs in the new era. The authors believe that a supervisor-postgraduate learning community in the postgraduate education is conducive to the formation of a joint effort in scientific research, which can be regarded as a new engine for academic progress and new impetus for the development of scientific research. The learning community, as the authors propose, features decentralized education, learning from each other for mutual progress and affective interaction. The authors predict that the community can be realized through the role returning of supervisors and postgraduates, joint planning of a scientific research vision, creating an interactive environment, and building various platforms for interactions between supervisors and postgraduates.
