      非全日制研究生教育是满足多样化教育需求和社会高质量人力资源需要的重要路径,但非全日制研究生社会认同度问题一直是影响其独特价值彰显的关键因素。非全日制研究生就业同权政策的推行引发了社会热议,借助NVIVO软件对公众网络评论进行分析发现,非全日制研究生社会认同度涉及制度认同、招生认同、过程认同和结果认同四个方面,存在正向和负向的两极分歧。非全日制研究生培养面临制度权威性难以彰显,学生报考动机与学校招生动机存在负向耦合风险,培养过程权利不平等,就业同权难以提升培养结果认同度等困境。提升非全日制研究生社会认同度,要从实现非全日制研究生教育内涵发展,推进非全日制研究生治理法治化,基于互联网创新管理机制和教学方式,健全人才培养质量监控机制等方面入手。
英文摘要:
      The part-time postgraduate education is an important means to meet the needs of diversified education and high-quality human resources of the society, but the recognition of the social status of part-time postgraduates has long been a key factor that affects the full play of their unique value. Based on the analysis of online public comments on the heated social debate over the implementation of the policy on equal employment rights for part-time postgraduates 2020, the authors, with the help of NVIVO software, find that the degree of social status recognition of part-time postgraduates involves in four aspects, i.e. the institutional system recognition, enrollment recognition, process recognition, and training result recognition, which go into two directions, namely, the positive one and the negative one. It is concluded that, in the cultivation of part-time postgraduates, the institutional authority can hardly be exercised; the motivation of the candidates when applying for matriculation is in a negative coupling with the motivation of the universities when admitting new students; an unequal or different training process exists in comparison with those for other postgraduates; and the social recognition of training results can hardly to be enhanced even the same right of employment is carried out. Therefore, the authors believe, to enhance the recognition of the social status of part-time postgraduates, we should step up efforts to implement a connotation development of the part-time postgraduate education, promote the legalization of the part-time postgraduate governance, innovate management mechanism and teaching methods based on the internet, and improve the quality monitoring mechanism for the postgraduate cultivation.
