      风险社会对研究型人才提出了新的角色期许,也对研究生教育人才培养提出新的时代要求。在风险社会的语境下,研究生人才培养出现角色异化,具体表征为"德"与"才"的缺位、"量"与"质"的失衡以及"公"与"私"的对立。风险社会对研究型人才提出了角色定位,亦要求研究生教育培养一支德才兼备、量质并重以及亦公亦私的人才队伍,而这需要筑造知识与德性融合发展的培养生态、建立从规模发展转向内涵发展的驱动机制以及实施思政教育与实践教育双向发力的引导路径。
英文摘要:
      A new role is expected to be played by research talent in the risk society and new requirements are placed on the postgraduate education for the new era. In the context of the risk society, a phenomenon appears in which the role of postgraduate education alienates from the original expectation, showing the absence of "morality" and "capability", the imbalance of "quantity" and "quality", and the contradiction between "public interests" and "private interests". The authors believe, as the risk society has new positioning for research talent, it also requires that the postgraduate education train a talent team with emphasis on both morality and capability, in both quantity and quality, and for both public and private interests. To this end, the authors propose a training ecology to be built for integrated development of morality and capability, a mechanism to be established to drive scale development into connotation development, and a guiding path to be mapped up for carrying out both ideological, political education and practical education.
