      日本自2004年开展博士专业学位研究生教育,目前仅设置法学学科,授予"法学博士专业学位",其人才培养机制即代表着日本博士专业学位研究生教育的培养现状。高层次、应用型法律从业人才的培养目标,统一与多样的招考制度,寓行于教的课程及教学,强制实践学分及内外双向评估等凸显了机构专门、多元培养、资格衔接、学位单列的特点。我国专业学位研究生教育在博士人才培养方面,应构建一体化课程体系,建立流线型培养过程,健全三维评估机制。
英文摘要:
      Japan started professional degree doctoral education in 2004. Currently it has only a law science discipline and confers professional juris doctor degrees. Its talent cultivation mechanism represents the current status of the professional degree doctoral education in Japan. The cultivation objectives for high-end applied legal professionals, the unified and independent entrance examination systems, the application-oriented courses and teaching, the compulsory practice credit system, and the internal and external evaluation systems all highlight the characteristics of the specialized administration, diversified training, continued qualification recognition, and specifically designed degree list. The author suggests that in the aspect of professional degree doctoral education, we should build an integrated curriculum system, establish a streamlined training process and improve the three-dimensional evaluation mechanism.
