      “生导互动”对研究生培养质量有重要影响。基于扎根理论的研究发现,互动双方的参与意愿以及导师特征、学生特征、互动情境、学术氛围、管理服务等6个主类属是影响“生导互动”行为的要素。6个主类属及其所属12个对应类属相互作用,构成了影响因素的作用机制模型。由模型可知,激发互动双方的参与意愿是实现深度互动的前提,对互动个体特征进行调适有利于促进深度互动,改善导师指导方式和保障导师精力投放是创设良好互动情境及改善互动内部环境的基本途径,而通过营造氛围、管理规制及服务支持等,可以创造良好的“生导互动”外部环境。
英文摘要:
      The interaction between postgraduates and supervisors has a significant impact on the quality of postgraduate cultivation. The research based on the grounded theory finds the participation willingness of both parties, the characteristics of supervisors, the characteristics of students, the interaction situation, the academic atmosphere, and the management service are the six major factors in category that give influence to the interaction. The interaction between the six major factors and their twelve corresponding factors in category form a functioning mechanism model of influence factors. With the model, the author summarizes that to motivate the participation willingness of both parties for interaction is the precondition for deep interaction, to adjust individual characteristics in the interaction is beneficial to and can facilitate deep interaction, and to improve instruction methods of supervisors and to guarantee their energy input are the basic way to establish a good interaction situation and improve the internal atmosphere for interaction. By creating a good atmosphere, through management rules and service support, a good external atmosphere for interaction between postgraduates and supervisors can be created.
