      建国70年以来,我国研究生教育政策经历了"以苏为师",封闭单一;全面恢复,走向开放多元;快速发展,追求质与量的协调;实践取向,重视应用型人才培养;深化改革,全面优化质量等五个变迁阶段。基于历史制度主义视角,研究发现,我国研究生教育政策变迁中存在很强的路径依赖色彩,制度变迁中存在制度微调、制度置换、制度转换和制度断裂现象,通过制度创新克服路径依赖是我国研究生教育改革的重大课题。
英文摘要:
      Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago, the postgraduate education policy in China has experienced five stages, namely, the enclosed and exclusive one only by learning from the Soviet Union, the open and multi-directional one after the resumption of colleague entrance examination, the rapid one in coordinated development for both quality and quantity, the pragmatically oriented one with focus on training postgraduates into applied professionals, and the one in deepening reform for quality improvement in an all-round way. The authors find, in the perspective of the historical institutionalism, that there is a strong atmosphere of path dependence in the changes of graduate education policy and there are rupture occurrences of micro-adjustment, replacement, and transformation of the system in the institutional changes in China. This paper concludes that overcoming path dependence through institutional innovation is an important subject of the postgraduate education reform in China.
