      欧洲工业博士学位项目于2012年正式创建,目标是通过让非学术部门,特别是企业参与博士生的培养,加强大学/科研院所、企业的创新能力。欧盟委员会于2017年3月8日正式发布了《欧洲工业博士学位——提高就业能力和创新》报告,详细介绍了截至2016年3月对欧洲工业博士学位项目进行评估的结果,发现该项目对博士生和参与的机构都产生了比较大的正面影响,总体上达到了创建该项目的目的。鉴于此,我国也应尽快创建类似欧洲工业博士学位的博士项目,以加强高校和工业、企业的合作,培养符合经济、社会发展的创新型人才。
英文摘要:
      The European Industrial Doctorate (EID) Program was officially established in 2012 with the purpose of encouraging participation of non-academic departments, especially companies, in doctoral education and strengthening innovation capability of universities/research institutes and enterprises. The European Commission officially released a report titled EID for Increasing Employability and Innovation on March 8, 2017, which introduced in detail the evaluation results by March 2016 on the EID Program. According to the report, the program has positively influenced both doctoral students and institutions involved, and have achieved the goal of the program in general. The author, on account of this, suggests that China establish a Ph.D. training program similar to the EID Program as soon as possible, so as to strengthen cooperation between universities and industrial enterprises on cultivating innovative personnel for the economic and social development of the country.
