      在新的时代背景下,我们需要重新认识和理解研究生教育中导师与研究生的师生关系,这一关系不只是一种普通的导学关系,也不仅仅是知识生产与再生产过程中的副产品,而是一种归置在公共关系视野中的特殊的、亲密的私人关系,并在导师追求"理想的学生"和研究生实现"学生的理想"的过程中得以确立和维护,因而这是一种整合统一而非分离对立的一元关系,其本质特征在于:师生是一个学术与人格并建的共同体。当前,传统关系的解构、新型关系的塑造已经成为一种现实的选择,构建和实现师生一元关系需要汲取中华优秀传统文化智慧、强化研究生培养过程管理、改进研究生教育评价制度。
英文摘要:
      In the new era, we need to upgrade the knowledge and comprehension of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates in the present postgraduate education. Such relationship, instead of being an ordinary one between supervisors and postgraduates or the byproduct of knowledge production and reproduction, is a kind of special and intimate interpersonal relationship that can be classified as a public relationship, which is established and maintained in the process when supervisors seek "ideal students" and postgraduates realize their own "ideals". Therefore, this is an integrated, instead of a separate and opposite, unary relationship. The substantial characteristic is that the supervisors and postgraduates are in a community built on joint academic activities and individual personality. At present, the deconstruction of traditional relationship and formation of new relationship have become a realistic option. The author believes that the construction and substantialization of the unary relationship between supervisors and postgraduates requires employment of the Chinese traditional culture wisdoms, management strengthening during the postgraduate cultivation process, and improvement of the postgraduate education evaluation mechanism.
