| 构建适合我国国情的硕士研究生招考权力关系，是我国硕士研究生招生制度改革的重要内容。回顾我国硕士研究生招考权力关系改革的历史，不难发现，我国硕士研究生招考权力关系改革呈现受政策环境影响、权力主体多样化、主体间出现权力分衡倾向等特征。为了构建更加合理的硕士研究生招考权力关系新格局，需采取理性分析政策环境、妥善协调权力关系，协调主体关系、构建权力动态分配机制，优化权力分衡机制、监督评估权力运行等措施。 |

| To construct a pattern of authoritative power relationship for postgraduate enrollment suitable for China under the present circumstances is an important content of the reform on postgraduate enrollment system. In retrospect, the history of the reform on the authoritative power relations for postgraduate enrollment easily unveils such features as those of being influenced by policy environment, diversity of authority entities, and tendency of authoritative power balance among authority entities. The author proposes that in order to build a rational new pattern of authoritative power relationship for postgraduate enrollment, people should rationally analyze policy environment, properly coordinate authoritative power relations and the relations among authority entities, set up a dynamic authoritative power distribution mechanism, optimize authoritative power distribution and balance mechanism, and put supervision and assessment of authoritative power relationship into practice. |
