      对教育规律的探索是初始问题更是永恒主题。研究生教育规律有别于本科教育规律,也不等同于研究生教育现象,且具有学科差异性;研究生教育不可或缺的特质包括理性批判意识的养成、探索能力的训练以及研究性学习的展开。而相应教育目标的达成路径及质量保障,取决于专业认同、师生关系和淘汰机制三个层面的品质内涵。
英文摘要:
      It is the initial issue and also the eternal topic for us to explore the law of education. The law of postgraduate education is not the law of undergraduate education and its phenomenon is different from that in postgraduate education. Moreover, it shows disciplinary difference. The indispensable characteristics of postgraduate education include the formation of the rationally critical consciousness, the training of exploration competence and the development of research-based learning. The path to the educational goal and the quality assurance depend on three tiers of quality connotation, namely, professional identity, teacher-student relationship and knock-out mechanism.
